If they were smart, they'd just leave the Chavez-Maduro regime alone to deteriorate on its own, and let the world see it as a lesson that Worker's Paradises don't work any better than laissez-faire entrepreneurial ones. As it is, the Venezuelans, Just like the Cubans before them, can now point to the Yanquis' meddling as the reason why their Glorious Revolution doesn't work. And the Trumpers will wind up with the worst of both worlds, failing to stop the Communists AND getting blamed for trying. They simply can’t pass up the temptation to get involved.
