Stephen King's "11-22-63" September 25, 2018 6:27 pm RL

I have not read much (ok any) of his work before- I just don’t care for horror… I had plenty of hints that maybe I should give him a chance… Being surprised that the movies ‘Shawshank Redemption’, ‘Stand by me’ and ‘The Green Mile’ were all based on Stephen King stories should have really nudged me to give him a try but no- not until a couple weeks ago…

On the spur of the moment I got his book (on Audible)”11-22-63″ – I read some glowing commentary about it online and figured I would give it a try…

It is a story about time travel- a man going back in time to stop the Kennedy assassination, it is brilliantly done- and the research that went into it probably surpasses most historical nonfiction texts on the subject of the assassination…

I highly recommend it…
