But look on the bright side, RL.  At least, Republicans are now conceding the fact of sea level rise.  

This is a big issue in S Florida now, where the recent frequent non-meteorological flooding of expensive waterfront property has managed to get the GOP&#039;s full attention. There&#039;s even talk of raising taxes to fund mitigation measures to protect &quot;our&quot; real estate.

I live 8 miles from the ocean.  I&#039;ll be dead before the water gets here.  Fuck &#039;em. </description>
