		<description>His job is to punish the innocent and free the guilty.  He believes that the only people who deserve justice are those who can afford it.  

And remember, the vast majority of politicians start out as either lawyers or businessmen.  In either case, we are entrusting our freedom and our livelihood to people who have an agenda.  They may not necessarily be evil people, they may even be wonderful people, but they are by definition mercenaries, samurai, paid agents for those in power.</description>

		<description>I’ve often disagreed with Dershowitz, but in the past he was at least coherent. He claims the 25th amendment applies only to presidential incapacitation, but that’s not what the amendment says. The amendment speaks to a president who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” Incapacitation is but one way such inability could come about—ignorance is another. How could Trump have discharged the powers and duties of the presidency when it was clear he didn’t have even a basic understanding of what those powers and duties were? The man’s profound  ignorance of the presidency, of politics in general, and of history has been laid before us repeatedly, and continue to render him unfit for our highest office.</description>
