And it won't be the Chinese "caving", they have had plenty of experience to gauge the bluffer-in-chief. I'm not sure that I disagree with Trump's motives or even his tactics at dealing with Chinese duplicity and greed, but I'm convinced his own financial backers and allies will always prefer to defend their own interests over those of their country. And it is <em>their</em> interests, not the nation's, that really matter here.
