The actual paper here: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1910.10459.pdf- their 2016 experiment was published in Physical Review Letters, this current work has yet to go through peer review.

These researchers have claimed to see similar results in different experiments- IF true, and not a systematic error, it would be the biggest development in physics in many decades.
