Title should have read face SHIELDS, not masks...

<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc3#_ga=2.161772152.593540432.1586496498-1512923119.1585191469" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc3#_ga=2.161772152.593540432.1586496498-1512923119.1585191469</a>

Finally got the settings right for PETG and have done parts for 15 Shields, it should start getting faster now i have the settings dialed in. Hospitals and clinics are already taking the finished masks in large quantities...

I have the materials to make a couple hundred, but turning out that many in a reasonable amount of time requires that i get the print speed up considerably... so i will keep tweaking the settings as i print each batch to push the speed higher.

It really disturbed her... she kept staring at the top of my head then looking away like it was rude and too disturbing to stare at too long, then looking side eyed at me ... It took a couple of hours before she was convinced it was ok....

A few years ago, I bought some clippers, and nowadays I just run em all around my head every week or so. No ponytail anymore. Picture that generic old guy look with permanent stubble and butch on top. I was trepidatious, but now I like it.

Except, to wear a mask, now I shave close in a circle around my mouth. Looks like a goatee with ridiculous mutton-chop sideburns. Needs must...

I do Vape, but gave up cigs a couple years ago... got on a health kick last May and dropped 60lbs - hoping this can be an opportunity to lose the final 20 or so...

All my numbers at my last physical were good, so none of the high risk factors as far as I know.

The past couple of years every time I got a haircut and had to face my accelerating male pattern baldness I would tell my wife 'NEXT time I am just shaving my head...' never had the balls to do it since if it looked awful I would have to display it at work until it grew back- I figured this was the ideal opportunity to finally do it. I shaved it and I think I will keep it that way- I am not too displeased with how it looks.

To get an idea of how I look with a shaved head, picture Bruce Willis in "Die Hard".... Now picture an entirely different bald middle aged man with a beard, and you have some idea.

To see projections for your state and how the projected beds needed compare to those available see the link I posted above. California seems to be in great shape- Maryland... not so much.
