These are mere thoughts on the distant past.

Accelerating expansion, completely measurable, is known to be happening now and with Dark Matter and Dark Energies being theorized as driving forces for a continuing Big Bang. It should go without saying that nothing is where it once was.

For the moment, these observations support theoretical assumptions that pass the quantum litmus-test for what's behind our expanding universe (AKA, for most of Spaceship Earth “confusing or meaningless language,” “mumbo-jumbo” and the like) but all these still remain more accepted as some of our current, more baffling mysteries than any solid conclusion.

In Paul Sutter's wrap-up:

"In other words, the complicated (and, admittedly, poorly understood) physics of this critical epoch may indeed allow for a radically revised view of our time and place in the cosmos. But to fully test this model, we'll have to wait for a new generation of cosmology experiments, so let's wait to break out the ekpyrotic champagne."

What goes out must come back? Well, not yet -- but maybe ... some day...

Asking that question is something like speculating about the plays Shakespeare might have written if he hadn't died, or what would the Beatles sound like today if they had stayed together and were still alive.
