But he, of course, had to try to make it all about him, and he succeeded in an unintentionally helpful way. Now the subtext <i>is</i> Trump, and I think that's why these protests aren't a one-shot, one-day wonder, but have momentum to go on and on. Trump pours gasoline on the fire, and it just pisses people off, people whose nerves had been rubbed raw by four years of Trump. He lowered our threshold for bullshit, and this is the rebellion.
