Very faint. Binoculars are best to see the whole thing, the spotting scope is good for changing zoom, and the big 'scope gave a nice, but diffuse, view of the core. Pretty. Reminds me of Kohoutek. Sky was clear, Venus was huge, and the moon was high and bright. I didn't see the comet. And I didn't have binoculars or a 'scope. But my brother, who lives south of here, was able to see it with his binoculars. Going to try again tomorrow. Which is when the cat wakes me every damn morning.
