It puts them in touch with the wisdom of the ages, the lessons of history, with the great minds of the past. They learn what should never be forgotten, as well as what is best forgotten; for our errors are part of that wisdom too. And while they seek out their education, they meet those who also seek alongside them, as well as those who feel the calling to teach. It is important to share with them, for they are your comrades, not your rivals. Education will not make you wiser, but it does give you more to work with. As you mature, you will have a broader experience, that of others and of the world, of history itself, to add to your own. An education will not give you all the answers, but at least you'll hear more of the questions. As for THEM, those who are not like us, the purpose of an education is to just help them get a better job. Most of the time, they don't even get that.
