...I decided to watch a video. At first I selected "Seven Days in May"; but I've watched it so many times lately I practically have the dialog memorized.

Instead I selected "Blue Collar". Sometimes you just have to go to the root, the core, the real fountainhead of the problem.

“They pit the lifers against the new boy and the young against the old. The black against the white. Everything they do is to keep us in our place.”

I'm up to about 40 repetitions now. No, no, no no...44...

Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be missed, desperately. Not just because I found her judicial philosophy congenial, but because of the person she was: The Supreme Court justice known affectionately as "Notorious RBG".

And yep, all hell will break loose 40-some days before the most contentious Presidential election in at least a century. It's not usually given to us to choose our deaths, but RBG, of all the times to leave us...

Moscow Mitch's hypocrisy is going to be spectacularly predictable.

He'll say Garland was not worth voting on because Obama was leaving office. Since Donald might be president after the election, it's go time.

But this puts Senators up for election in a hard place.

Expect all hell to break loose...
Of course, the precedence they invented to prevent Obama confirming his final appointment will now be ignored- they are going to ram through one more before the election... someone that will - of course- be amenable to Trumps attempts to overturn the election...
