Nobel Prize in Physics just announced October 6, 2020 10:47 am RL

This is the closest I have come to the Nobel Prize!!!

The Keck laser guide star is mentioned (briefly) on the award announcement, and I was listed as a (minor) co-author on Dr. Ghez’s first paper on observations of the black hole at the center of the galaxy taken with the Laser Guide star…
