The Red-stacked Supreme Court will definitely give us trouble for years to come, but I find it highly unliekly they’ll overturn the democratic process that quickly, or easily. This isn’t Judge Dredd we’re talking about here.

And they very well may succeed, given the new judge hastily put on the court for exactly this eventuality.

When your only possible path to victory depends on depriving people of their vote, what does it say about you? What does it say about your patriotism?

What does that say about our democracy if you succeed?

…man falsely claims election fraud, challenges the legitimate votes in court and gets just 1 or 2 of those challenges all the way to the supreme court and gets his hand picked partisan hacks to side with him… all the while whipping up his armed base to engage in violence in a last gasp attempt to seize power or bring the nation down with him trying.
