This would finally give the workers who have been brutally exploited bargaining power. It would put an end to the exploitation, FORCE employers to provide wages and conditions that are acceptable. If the costs to keep the illegal workforce happy are too high then the employer can hire American citizens and comply with all the existing worker protection laws. No more working people to death for slave wages.
