Friends and families get involved, and religious institutions will need to restate G-ds intent that all life be held sacred, but that can all be handled.

The real sticky is when the gummint puts its big, fumbling hands all over anything, and sanctioning the death of a fellow human being will beg for gummint intervention. It would require a public vote of opinion, countless legal mitigations and right-to-life caucuses, several shouting matches and fistfights, all followed by a few dragging decades of scandals and general ballots.

I’m all for it!
