Russia reframes its goals for Ukraine invasion March 25, 2022 6:44 pm RL

This MIGHT be good news…. a sign that Russia is looking for a way to claim some sort of victory and get out of this mess…
But- on the other hand- there are strong indications that Russia is gearing up to use chemical weapons…
