In general I guess I am a pacifist- but I do understand sometimes a war must be fought- no war is ‘moral’, but sometimes it is the least bad option.

When the Russians are using war crimes as their main strategy, I think the civilians are justified in taking whatever actions are in their power- prisoners should be treated humanely (if only to increase the future number of Russians that will surrender), but if someone poisons the Russian forces I sure won’t criticize them for their actions. Not after seeing and hearing what the russians did to children in Bucha.

I think we are past the point where one can argue for mercy because some of the Russians are not there voluntarily- they all know damn well they are butchering civilians, raping girls and women- I have no qualms with the Ukrainians exterminating these monsters using any means at their disposal.

And as for russia- it cannot be allowed to exist as it is now… if that means the russian people must suffer greatly, well so be it- they deserve to suffer as long as they allow this genocide to be executed in their name.

If Putin is removed and replaced with someone sane, we can assist them in rejoining the civilized world, until then put them in a jar with no air holes and shake it until they do the right thing… and hope and pray we can avoid this going nuclear.

Their aircraft, ships and vehicles are marked with national insignia. Combatants out of uniform are without protection from international law. They can be shot on sight, without trial.

One year ago, a crazy person killed ten people in a supermarket I go to all the time. For no reason. I guess I am still angry about that.

And sad.

Violence is only justified in defense.
