You know, if Putin had used his stock of missiles to target Ukrainian military and logistics installations (instead of hospitals, schools and apartment buildings), he would have won this war by now.
What this tells us is that the Ukrainians have been very good at concealing (and moving about) their military facilities, so that the Russians, (in spite of their advantages in munitions and aircraft) are very deficient in battlefield intelligence. A competent military will normally have more targets than weapons, the Russians seem to have just the opposite problem.
