Please note this one from the above screenshot from Breitbart- since the shooter was hispanic they are blaming the shooting on immigrants- not guns - Patrick Crusius was the racist shooter that gunned down 23 people in an ElPaso Walmart he targeted because it had a high Hispanic population... He ALSO cited the 'Replacement Theory' garbage that the Right wing has become so enamored with:

From Wikipedia-

Patrick Wood Crusius (born July 27, 1998) was arrested shortly after the shooting and charged with capital murder.[31][32][33] A 21-year-old white male,[34][35][36] he was last known to have lived in his family's home in Allen, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex,[13][30][37] approximately 650 miles (1,050 km) from El Paso.[38] He graduated in 2017 from Plano Senior High School, and was enrolled at Collin College from 2017 until spring 2019.[38]

Police said he bought the gun used in the attack legally, but provided no details about the purchase.[39] During his first interrogation, he told detectives he had targeted Mexicans, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.[40][41][42][43][35]

Manifesto
The El Paso police chief, Greg Allen, said that they are "reasonably confident"[44] that a manifesto, titled The Inconvenient Truth, was posted by the suspect on the online message board 8chan shortly before the shooting.[31] It identifies the type of weapon used in the attack; the suspect's name was revealed in a separate document in the post.[45] Site moderators quickly removed the original post, though users continued sharing copies.[45] Claiming to have been inspired by the Christchurch mosque shootings in New Zealand that killed 51 people earlier the same year,[46] the author expresses support for the perpetrator of the Christchurch shootings[34][47][48] and bemoans grievances[49][50] such as environmental degradation,[5][51][47] "cultural and ethnic replacement",[48][52] and a "Hispanic invasion".[2][50][53]

The anti-Hispanic, anti-immigrant manifesto promotes the white nationalist and far-right conspiracy theory called the Great Replacement,[2][34] often attributed to the French writer Renaud Camus.[46] While the document uses language about immigrants similar to that used by U.S. president Donald Trump,[n 2] such as referring to a migrant "invasion",[2][50][57] it states that the author's beliefs predate Trump's presidency, and that Trump should not be blamed for the attack.[42][51][53] The author's "racially extremist views", according to The New York Times, could be used to prosecute the shooting as a hate crime or domestic terrorism.[13]

The manifesto states that Democrats would soon control the United States partly due to an increasing Hispanic population,[51] an idea that had gained acceptance for years on right-wing radio shows.[34] Criticizing both the Democratic Party and Republican Party[51] for allowing corporations to "import foreign workers",[52] the author describes the shooting as an "incentive" for Hispanics to leave the country, which would "remove the threat" of a Hispanic voting bloc.[51] While primarily focused on ethnic and racial grievances,[5] the document also expresses fears of automation's effects on employment and blames corporations for overusing natural resources.[51]

This is the talking point for the right in this country. He must be mentally ill. That's it, end of story, let's move on, thoughts and fucking prayers.

Yes, you have to be mentally ill to do such a thing. But he was somehow able to get a gun. Why is that? Because we sell guns to mentally ill people. And the meds might have been taking might have been the constant crap put out by Fox News, Breitbart, Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, the former guy.

We don't know yet who he was or what his issues were. Last week's shooter in Buffalo left a lengthy manifesto. It was quite clear what his motivations were.

How about this, instead of altering the 2nd amendment (which calls for a "WELL REGULATED!" right to guns,) we regulate and control the sale of ammunition? The constitution doesn't say anything about that, does it? You want ammo, make it your own self. Like they did when that amendment was written. (Well, black powder and lead balls, but you get my point.)
