Now he's paying the price. The job comes with mistakes. They are unavoidable. But he could have used high oil prices to his advantage by using them to sell his global warming plan. Its not his fault that oil is rising in price, or that inflation is rampant. The whole world is suffering from them, its not just an American problem. Instead, he's catering to the SUV crowd by kissing up to the Saudis and pumping oil out of the National Reserve. We're in a war with Putin right now, something we'll have to do anyway, and its better to have expensive gas and rising prices if it means Ukrainians are fighting NATO's fight and not our kids. Actually, considering the challenges facing America right now, we're doing quite well, the economy is booming, unemployment is low, consumer confidence is up, and Americans are dying to take vacations instead of gearing up for hard times. Covid is still a problem, but its not Biden's fault we don't take our shots or wear masks or stay out of bars and airplanes. On the other hand, Now is a good time to start cutting the world's dependence on fossil fuels, especially since Putin controls so much of of the world's supply. In other words, Biden is being forced to do some really ugly, even hypocritical, things with the Kingdom, but he really doesn't have much choice, does he?
