But it is in everyone’s (including Ukraine) to pin it on Ukraine’s defense… I have no doubt it was accidental, but I am very skeptical about the attribution.

So take the claims with a grain of salt.

Ukraine did it deliberately and blamed it on the Ruskies to try and draw NATO into the war.

I don’t believe that is the case because it would be such a huge risk for them with all the aid they are getting from the West.
