They simply cannot master the technology that quickly and, for all the other reasons you pointed out, are unlikely to use the tanks until summer at the soonest. Meantime, the Ruskies are massing troops for there own offensive, which will force the Ukes pull troops away from their planned attacks. This war is going to get a lot bloodier once Winter is over.
