We discussed this possiblitiy here a few months ago. Now that the Ukrainian offensive seems to be underway it has happened. This will not only flood the Dnipro River near Kherson, it will also endanger the Nuclear Power plant that relys on water from the dam. Clearly a defensive move by the Ruskies although it’s unclear where the Ukrainians will strike yet.
