Prigozhin enjoyed fights where they didn't fight back. He saw firsthand what a cluster f%%K Ukraine was and wanted out. Putin was scared of the growing strength of the Wagner Group and its leader. Ended up as a dick waving contest. Prigozhin got what he wanted. Out of there. Not dead. Made a point. He'll disappear to one of his estates with badass bodyguards. And far from Belarus. Putin gets to go back to Moscow. Gets control over Wagner. Probably had to play a bunch of kompromat cards. But knows the anti-war voices are growing. Expect arrests. Just my guess. Weird days.
