Now he is calling for Milley to be executed for treason, and we have learned he didn’t want disgusting veterans that had lost limbs for our country appearing in public events with him…

After years of them claiming we painted them all with a broad brush, Trump made them confident enough to finally strip naked and roll around in the paint.

Trump was antithetical to all that they previously claimed to believe, they understood that Trump was going to do things that were indefensible, so they HAD to leave- they traded all their faux convictions for the permission to openly be the bigots and misogynists they always were.

Starting with his descent down the escalator we saw the conservatives here become more and more openly bigoted, more and more at odds with their previous ‘beliefs’…. Trump insults prisoners of war, and gold star parents? They were fine with that… rewriting the constitution? That was good too- as long as it would hurt the right (BROWN) people. They sold their souls just for the permission to be bigots. They willingly whored themselves.

When they left they publicly became what they always were. Frank joined white nationalist facebook groups advocating for genocide, SteveS made rape jokes about Kavanaugh’s victim, TB argued against getting too upset over the butchering on of a journalist by the Saudis… Jody bragged about how deplorable she was, and remained silent as the rapist she voted for put a rapist on the supreme court to ensure that if her granddaughters were raped they would have to carry their rapists child to term…

They didn’t suddenly change because of Trump, this is what they always were… Trump just gave them permission to be their true selves in public… and THAT is what Trump exploited – that NEED… he could commit any crime, inflict any amount of harm upon them- as long as ‘THOSE people’ suffered even more… as long as they could use the ‘n-word’ without worrying who might overhear.

They desperately wanted to be ‘winners’, and in their sick diseased minds ‘winning’ isn’t so much about being better off than you were before- no… its about being affiliated with the group inflicting harm upon the ‘losers’. They don’t mind suffering a bit as long as they know they helped make others suffer more.

They are vile creatures, they always were. In order for our nation to survive they need to be humiliated… they need to be forced to hide their true selves again, to live the rest of their worthless lives bitterly regretting the fact that they so foolishly took the chance and dropped their masks.

They need to know their children or grand children are ashamed of them.
Many have already experienced a little of that…

They like to pretend to be victims, while inflicting harm on others… for that they deserve to be stripped of power, to be treated with scorn and disgust. Give them reason to feel like victims by giving them the contempt and derision they EARNED.

Their fantasies of creating a fascist white nationalist state should be crushed before their eyes. They should be made irrelevant. If not, then the nation is doomed.

Convicting Trump and him delivering the GOP yet another defeat is a necessary first step, but it is only a first step.
