Does it really matter who blew up the hospital?

The Israelis have every incentive to lie if they did it, whether it was deliberate or accidental.
They are desperate to “prove” it wasn’t their fault.

Islamic Jihad has every reason to lie if one of their short rounds caused the carnage.
They need to cover their own ass so they can blame those mean old Israelis. Israel’s enemies are seizing on everything that will discredit the Jews, and the latter are trying to pass themselves off as the poor little country surrounded by powerful enemies.

None of the Arabs is going to believe any “evidence” provided by the Israelis or the US, and the Arabs are desperate to show how abused they are. Israel and its allies are doing everything they can to avoid public censure and disgust, after all, they ARE bombing Gaza, and covering for it.

This is Hamburg and Dresden and Hiroshima and Nagasaki all over again. Indians vs settlers. The fundamental truth is that the Israelis are an imperialist colonial power running an apartheid state, and the Palestinians are a medieval barbarian tribe of savages. The Jews are a guilt culture, for them, its fine to kill women and babies as long as you do it from the stratosphere, undeliberately and dispassionately. The Arabs are a shame culture, they believe saving face justifies any crimes against the innocent as long as you commit them as righteous godly vengeance against anyone who has whipped you in a fair fight, stolen your land, and treated you like shit.
