Hard to downplay how bad the Hur Report is for Biden. Yeah, there are no charges, but for Hur to call Biden an “elderly man with a very poor memory” is a real body blow to Biden’s campaign. To make matters worse, in the press conference afterwards, Biden slipped up and called Egypt’s leader the president of Mexico.
A very bad day for the president.
