I think a Trump victory in November is now inevitable. He will win, and not because of some Electoral College technicality, but by a majority of voters. And I believe the House and Senate will also line up in his favor. With the executive and legislative branch in Republican control, the stacking of the courts will continue, the regulatory agencies will be placed under government control, and the universities and the press will succumb to intimidation, eventually, the arts will fall into line. The state houses will be fully gerrymandered Republican and local and municipal governments, schools and election supervisors will be locked under GOP control. Hell, they're halfway there already. Is America turning into Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia? No, I doubt it will get that bad. It will probably be more like Franco's Spain or Mussolini's Italy. Its already happened in Russia, China, the middle east, and its starting o go that way In India and South America as well. It's happening all over Eastern Europe. And if America gets the government it votes for, who am I to deny it? I don't know about you, but I think I am retiring from public life. Gentlemen, I think we're fucked.
