I can’t believe a program so connected with DJT’s former associates is now being “rejected” by him.
But at the same time, I can’t see him being wise enough to realize his association with the manifesto could be political suicide for him. My guess is some of his advisors realized that.

And what about the idea that Project 2025 is some kind of internal fault line two factions of his partisans are facing each other over?

Project 2025 is political dynamite, a potential minefield they didn’t realize was being sown within their own ranks. They can’t decide whether to embrace it or deny it.
