Its about time some judge summoned Donald Trump to appear in his courtroom and show cause why he should not be charged with contempt for any of the multiple constitutional violations he has been guilty of since he was sworn in as president. If Trump fails to show up then a Federal Marshal should be sent to either the White House or Mar-a-Lago to serve him with an arrest warrant.

I have no doubt Trump will probably ignore a subpoena, and almost certainly refuse to let a an officer of the court visit him at home. Still, that will put an end to all this pussyfooting and handwringing once and for all, and tell us whether we still live in a Republic or not.
