Its that ole debbil in disguise, the &#039;selection effect&#039;.  In a purely observational science, where experiment plays no role, the nature of the data is inherently biased.  You&#039;ll ALWAYS be looking for your lost car keys near the streetlights, &#039;cuz out in the dark you can&#039;t see them at all.</description>
