Moonage Daydream November 16, 2025 2:48 pm BuckGalaxy

Large nations and their partners are all rushing to the moon, this time to stay. Plans for permanent bases will inevitably lead to competition for resources, and we know what comes next.

How spacefaring nations could avoid conflict on the moon.

With more moon missions on the horizon, avoiding crowding and collisions will be a growing challenge

NASA wants to put a nuclear reactor on the moon by 2030 – choosing where is tricky

This was supposed to happen in the 1970s. Instead we wasted nearly a lifetime in LEO with the Shuttle and ISS. Now it’s finally happening for the next generations. Yeah I’m semi-sour grapes and a little bitter sweetness for what’s to come that I’ll never see.

♫ Freak out in a Moonage daydream oh yeah ♫
