Made a pot of coffee and put it into the thermos. Normally, I'd go online at that point and observe the world. Didn't. Went back to bed. Feel better. Did eventually read the headlines. Put sought out comedy instead of the news. Not a damn thing I can do about it this Sunday. Need a sabbath. Don't push buttons. Find solace when one can. Woke up early ruminating.
