The RF transmission was MAYBE hitting 5Mbps, the Australian terminal hit 260 with plenty of margin. A lot of the video you saw was a few frames a second, via Sband RF... THE SMOOTH 4k video you saw meant it was being transmitted by laser and was just one of several video streams plus data....
