First of all, the Colorado AG really fucked up here. Not because he wasn’t right, but because he put the cart in front of the horse. The orange traitor absolutely should be banned from forever holding office (not to mentioned imprisoned for life!) for sending a mob to attack the capitol to try and stop the transfer of power. No question about it. But he has not YET been convicted in a court of law for it.

Now the unanimous SCOTUS decision, despite the differing reasons and acrimony it has caused amoungst the justices, leaves the impression in voters’ minds that Trump is ok.

It’s a fucking nightmare.
