It just occurred to me. April 27, 2012 6:21 pm bowser

I have 4 friends/acquaintances who got badly burned “flipping” houses.  Each of them purchased one or more properties at the top end of the market, one of them buying a $4.4 million estate, and then had the market fall out.

They are all Conservatives.  I have no idea if there is any significance to that.
