So what happened to the USS Porter? August 18, 2012 7:50 pm ER

There seems to be very little information out about the Porter collision in the Straits of Hormuz.

I think the Navy is playing its cards very close to its chest on this one. Even though they are not likely to say much without a complete inquiry, and the word is out for everybody to keep their trap shut, I’m surprised no one on the Japanese ship hasn’t spoken to the press.

This appears to be the only new credible information I could turn up, and it adds little to what we already know.
