Someone should tell this asshole, he’s in jail because he committed a crime! And if a court rules in his favor, we’re going to have to write a law so the courts will understand these assholes are in jail for a reason and that, with the exception of food, shelter, and medical aid, these assholes HAVE no rights to comfort. They can be earned as privileges for good behavior but porn? Aren’t there enough rapes in prison as it is?

Personally, I think all prisoners should be in solitary except for a closely monitored couple of hours a day during which they can play chess, checkers, cards and other types of non-lethal games plus an hour of supervised, guided exercise. And I might reconsider the games, considering they could use cards to harm someone.
