Like I said before, private sales should be run through a federally licensed gun dealer so background checks are done. Most responsible gun owners already ask to see a concealed weapons permit which proves the buyer has already had a background check.

The problem is, the government will require the seller’s information to be included on the form. The result is, under the table sales will be the norm.
