For some reason I am very judgmental about old men with jackets, caps, bumper stickers, decals or whatever that says “Vietnam Vet”. That was almost 5o years ago, half a century, two generations. I interpret that to mean that they haven’t done a damned thing since then which is pathetic. It’s not as if being a Vietnam veteran were something of which to be proud.
And middle-aged fat men wearing “Wahoo State Football” hats, T-shirts, jackets, bumper-stickers and decals. For crying out loud, they aren’t football players, what happens in college football is a complete irrelevancy, interesting but meaningless and WTF kind of glory are they trying to ride in on?
They should get lives, real lives, do something today. And tomorrow. Get a prostate exam, live it up.
There. I feel better.
