I think there is a fortune awaiting the person who invents a cheap, non-toxic coating for food containers which allows all of the product to exit the container. I just opened a can of mushroom soup, and about a third of it stuck to the sides and bottom. I was able to scrape some out, and got a bit more out with some liquid, but a significant amount remained.
The same thing happens with tomato paste, tartar sauce, mayonaise and any number of other things. Money is wasted, lots of it.
Been on my mind for years. I suspect it will go the way of my idea of patenting the “beep”. Seems like a good idea, every time something is checked out at a store there would be a royalty. Same with trucks backing up, things like that.
Oh, well.
