I have to admit. June 3, 2014 7:14 pm bowser

I used to wonder what the folks who advocated the war in Iraq, denied global warming, defended the American medical care delivery system and otherwise adhered rigidly to a Conservative agenda would do when proven wrong.  I imagined they would apologize, admit their mistakes and soldier on.  That’s certainly the honorable thing to do, what we were taught as kids to do.

However, they seem to either have disappeared or ignore the subjects.  They certainly haven’t admitted they were wrong, they haven’t apologized for the continuing damage their political agendae are causing or accepted any responsibility for the ongoing disasters.

If I would have thought about it, and if there were any reasonable amount of money on it, I think I would have bet exactly that would happen.  And it’s still a bit disappointing, but I think it’s reflective of the right-wing population as a whole.  Nothing is their fault.

That is not to say they aren’t interesting, worthwhile individuals, good to ‘know’, fun to read because they are.
