“Nato has pledged to bolster its defence capabilities in response to Russian actions in Ukraine, but said it would stick to a key agreement with Moscow.

“The announcement came hours after the US president pledged $1bn (£600m) to boost military deployments to Europe.”

Of all the ridiculous way to spend money!! The Russians have a problem with the Ukraine, and the US wants to spend 1 billion dollars expanding our military presence in Europe. In some ways Obama reminds me a bit of Bush, to be honest, and I think he is in part a complete fool.
