As these massacres stack up, and emotions run high, it would be completely inappropriate to discuss gun laws. These heinous crimes are so offensive to normal people that the situation cannot be dealt with rationally. We need to wait, so that calm minds can prevail.
Remember, guns don’t kill people. People and bullets kill people, the gun is an innocent middleman, harmless in and of itself, simply an enabler. It is important to remember exactly who and what the culprits really are. And it’s not guns, neutral in and of themselves. Sort of like cyanide, or strichnine, which do no harm themselves, will sit passively in bottles, and only become deadly when people decide to misuse them.
So let’s discuss this when we are able to put the blame where it belongs, and remove it from where it doesn’t. The gun is not to blame, any more than the gas is to blame in an arson caused fire, or the club is to blame when one gets beat about the head and body by a mugger.
Let’s approach this rationally, sanely, calmly, in a constructive manner after hell has frozen over. That way the NRA can avoid it.

What would you like to see happen, if you were in charge?

Now is not the time. Emotions are running high.

I can't speak for Bowser, but I know what I'd do.
- Chicken Piccata with artichoke hearts, mixed steamed vegetables, vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

LOL, you can stop now, none of that crap is going to happen in your lifetime
- LOL? Do you consider that good news, or bad?

Now is not the time. Emotions are running high.
