Lets take a trip down memory lane…In fact, the whole thread is worth re-reading. Its a hoot. (Damn, I miss Alcaray)

As far as ER is concerned, Cruz is a conservative, backed by well-known conservatives, and he thinks Cruz is funny-looking. That’s all he needs to know.

I know that Cruz is a top-line political lawyer who will add some much-needed intellectual ammunition to the Senate.
