“Pakistan blames NATO forces for killing up to 28 Pakistani soldiers at military outposts”
If you can’t fight a war any better than this you shouldn’t be fighting a war. And clearly, the US should not be fighting this war. This sort of thing happens over and over and over and is completely counter-productive. All that effort, bombs, planes, training, fuel, going into providing aid and comfort to the enemy is foolish by most standards.

Yet the US does it over and over. Without learning. Stupidity and/or arrogance and, frankly, treasonous. Working against the interests of the US and in the interests of the enemy.
PS – The “coordination” stuff is PR CYA bullcrap. It wouldn’t have happened if that were true, and it clearly happened. I believe the legal term is “res ipsa loquiter”, or somesuch. ”The thing speaks for itself.”
