David Fry is the last remaining holdout. Listening to the livestream of the negotiaters with David Fry for the past couple of hours. He’s devolved from being ready to surrender to suicidal. I’ve been impressed with the negotiaters, they are really trying to reach him at his level and get him to surrender. Not sure how much success they will have the guy sounds very scared.
