Corzine doesn’t know where $1.2 billion went. He looked for it, doesn’t know where it went. I challenge anyone to find a Union scandal which cheated anything like that much from it’s investors. Hell, 10% of that.

Another example of capitalist conduct was perpetrated by Transocean. They own the oil rig BP was operating which blew out causing all manner of havoc and 9 deaths.
“Top Transocean execs were eligible to receive $898,282 in bonuses, in part because of the company’s safety record.
“Nine Transocean workers died in the Deepwater Horizon spill. It was an about-face from 2009, when the company withheld executive bonuses due to an event that killed four employees.”
I will admit this sort of thing is unfair, in the sense that it’s a big world and most people don’t behave that way. It was just sort of fun to point out that management, on occasion, will do things that labor officials can only dream of doing. And management can do it without raising the fuss which would happen if a labor official ran off with a much smaller chunk of money.
