What it will be like after they take over. August 7, 2021 6:12 pm ER

Florida’s Republican governor has threatened to withhold state funding to local school districts that mandate the use of masks as a Covid prevention method. This is in keeping with his declaration that even private companies asking their customers to wear masks are guilty of a constitutional crime.
In case that doesn’t work, the latest bill slouching through Tallahassee will offer cash vouchers to families who send their kids to private schools where masks are not required. So IF YOU CAN AFFORD A PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION, the State of Florida will help subsidize your kids’ fees, with tax dollars from those who can’t afford it, and of people who don’t even have kids.

This is the same guy that forbid any company that insists on asking for proof-of-vaccine before accepting customers. The cruise ship companies were willing to do this to try and kick-start their business, until he said no. The Florida GOP has also passed a number of bills forbidding local municipalities and county governments from passing ordinances and regulations that they believe are “unfair to the business community”, such as the banning of plastic bags and other environmental protection methods.

This is what we can look forward to folks, and believe me, it is just the beginning. Its only a matter of time before being a Florida Democrat will not only be expensive, it will be downright dangerous.
